Morning: The role of managed services in a digital world - This session will focus on how Managed Service offerings need to evolve in the digital era and how to build a strong and sustainable MSP practice. Our speakers and panellists will outline how MSP business models need to change and the implications this will have on sales, personnel and pricing strategies.
It will also look at the increasing impact of the Cloud within Enterprises and SMBs, examine the channel opportunities resulting from the emergence of IoT and look at the impact these trends are having on Mergers & Acquisitions, the lessons to be learned and how to build value in an MSP practice while generating it for your customers
Afternoon: Managed services – securing the future - This session will focus on the opportunities for MSPs in helping organisations secure their own and customers’ digital information against a background of mounting international fraud and cyber-attacks. Speakers and panellists will share their knowledge and insight into the threats that organisations now face and what they can expect as digitalisation spreads throughout all facets of business operations.
In particular we will focus on how MSPs can benefit from the increasing importance of security by becoming the primary support partner for their customers in mitigating security threats and how to leverage the increasing demand for effective security solutions to safeguard their customers while building more value in their businesses.
